Air Jet Plug

The air jet plug acts like a measurement probe and is to be used together with a display. air jet plugs LA & LB type is a contact type air jet which uses carbide ball on the measurement points. They are used to measure the workpieces with surface roughness more than 6.3 μm Rz or with a width of the measured surface of less than 4 mm.

The Air Jet Plugs LA & LB type system can measure the following:

• inside diameters
• flatness
• perpendicularity
• cylindricity
• circularity or roundness
